My favorite snack is peanut butter and an apple. And so for this week, I decided to recreate this combination in the form of a smoothie. When I first made this recipe, I didn't add honey, but quickly discovered the concoction wasn't sweet enough. After I added 1/2 tablespoon honey, however, the smoothie was perfect.
Peanut Butter Apple Smoothie Recipe (Serves 1) (5 min)
Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
