Baked Kale Chips

My mom has recently been trying to get me to eat more kale, but despite the kale revolution going on right now, I honestly hate the taste of that vegetable. I've heard a lot about kale chips, which many said were just as good as potato chips. And so I decided to try making my own. While nothing can ever replace my Lay's, I have to say that these chips ended up tasting amazing.

Baked Kale Chips (Serves 2) (30 minutes)
Ingredients:
-1 bunch kale
-olive oil
-sea salt

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2) Wash the kale thoroughly. Pat dry very carefully. Leave out for 5 minutes to guarantee that they are dry.
3) Tear kale into bite-sized pieces, and distribute onto wax paper lined baking sheets (however many you need). Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt based on your preference.
4) Bake kale chips until they are brown. Every 2 minutes, check on kale chips, taking out the ones that look ready. After 15 minutes, you should be done. Serve and enjoy!
