Mandarin Orange Chicken

If you haven't been able to tell yet, I'm a sucker for Chinese American food. I realize how unhealthy it is, but yesterday, I just had a craving for a classic: Mandarin Orange Chicken. Since the recipe was quite similar to the Kung Pao Chicken, I was able to make this dish pretty easily. Although the sauce wasn't quite on point, I still enjoyed my version, and was really satisfied with the texture of the chicken this time.

Mandarin Orange Chicken (Serves 2) (40 Minutes)
Ingredients:
-1/8 cup all-purpose flour
-2 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed
-1 tablespoon olive oil
For the sauce...
-1/3 cup hoisin sauce
-1 tablespoon soy sauce
-1/3 cup orange juice
-1 can mandarin oranges, drained

1) Coat chicken in flour.
2) Add olive oil and chicken to a stir-fry pan. Cook until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
3) In a bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, orange juice, and mandarin oranges. Mix thoroughly.
4) Add sauce to chicken and stir-fry until meat is evenly coated. Serve and enjoy!
