Fried eggs (two ways)
- 2 eggs
For sunny-side up:
1. Crack the egg right into the frying pan.
2. Let the egg cook until it hardens and whitens.
3. Flip the egg over in the pan.
4. Cook until the other side browns slightly and serve!
For over-easy:
1. Crack the egg in the pan and put a cover on top.
2. Wait until the egg hardens and whitens and then take off cover.
3. Take out of pan and enjoy!
