Ok firstly, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum is a must-see. It's just this beautiful space. The museum feels more like an artsy paradise than this please-touch-with-your-eyes stodgy cliche art museum.

Secondly, while I did not even realize that I had planned it out, I am reviewing my second clothing art exhibit. As a minor fashionista, I did not mind one little bit. This is the first fashion exhibit at the Gardner, which I feel like is usually very traditional, so props.

The exhibit's full name is Carla Fernandez: The Barefoot Designer: A Passion for Radical Design and Community. While that's a mouthful, it's an adequate description. What is missing though, is all of her designs are based off of her Mexican heritage. Working with mexican villagers, Carla Fernandez designs beautiful, strong pieces of clothing.
