Eggs: 3 Ways - Part II


Hard-boiled Egg
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
1. Put egg into a pot with cold water reach over the egg by about 1 inch.
2. Leave the egg until the water boils.
3. Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat and let the egg sit for 10 minutes.
4. Take egg out and peel the shell off (pardon my messiness).
5. Cut open and enjoy!
