Smoothie of the Week: Caffeinated Oatmeal Chip

I had a last serving of my favorite type of granola left and decided to experiment by making a smoothie. I like my smoothie with some texture; however, that is not everyone's cup of... smoothie. If it is though, this smoothie is delicious.

Caffeinated Oatmeal Chip Smoothie


Ingredients:
2 cups of ice
1.5 cups of skim milk
3/4 cup of chocolate granola
1/2 tablespoon instant coffee


1. Put all the ingredients in the blender with the ice being in the bottom.



2. Blend until mixed together and the consistency is somewhat even across the drink. I had a smoothie button on my blender so the process was simple.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
