I'm an avid tea drinker, and it shows: my desk has a ton of water stains. My mom always brings me a coaster to use, but it always either ends up on my floor. When I came across a Pinterest with a stone coaster DIY, I immediately wanted to try it. I had an ugly wooden coaster that I didn't mind gluing over. I'm really happy with the results, as it not only stays in place (it's pretty heavy) and protects my desk, but it's also really cute!
