Eggs: some people love them, some people hate them. Personally, I fall in between. I feel like I need to be in the right mood honestly, otherwise I can't even handle the taste. At the same time though, eggs are so versatile. They are used in Chinese fried rice or Mexican burritos or American egg salad sandwiches. So I challenged myself to cook eggs in nine different ways, to at least find one variation that I love and could enjoy all the time, or to at least be able to say I can make eggs a few different ways.
Scrambled eggs are so classic. They are also the easiest to make because you can be as messy and rough as you want, and they'll always taste and look just as good, especially as a late night snack.
Scrambled eggs:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
1. In a measuring cup, combine all the ingredients.
3. Pour into a frying pan on low heat.
5. Let cool and serve!
